Marianne Mäkelin and Jenny Penna
About
Insectarium is a story in sound of a walk in the woods in three pieces. It pays attention to the spaces and rhythms of sensory encounters with insects in Western Uusimaa region, Southern Finland.
Making use of bioacoustic ecosystem monitoring devices, it is a meditation on perceived, enhanced and possible sounds of a forest.
